Books on the things nobody tells you, and apps that make everyday life easier. Homeownership, ingredients, health and interview prep.
Your interview, on cue. CueReady AI hears the question and answers it on screen in real time, built from your background. Practice beforehand, tailor a résumé for every job, see which ones get results, track your applications and contacts, and transcribe your interviews.
Your home, handled. Home Survival Kit counts down every warranty deadline and keeps punch lists, repairs, expenses, photos, contractor contacts and a log of your home's materials in one place. Edit and sign PDFs right in the app. Made for homeowners, landlords, Realtors and property managers, and the companion to The First-Time Homeowner Survival Guide.
Design in every dimension. Photostrator 3D brings photo editing, vector design, PDFs, measurements and 3D builds into one studio. Create social posts, prints and plans right in your browser, no download needed.
Snack or Shampoo? A family game for the big screen. Read the ingredient list, guess the product, and steal points when another team gets it wrong. Pick a book from the Ingredient Dictionary series or mix them all, then bet your points in the toilet paper finale. Plays entirely with a TV remote.
Everything nobody tells you about owning a home, until something goes wrong.
A step-by-step guide to building long-term wealth with rental property.
A science-backed guide to energy, sleep and hormones for women over 30.
Sell t-shirts, mugs and more with print-on-demand. No inventory needed.

This policy explains how my apps and this site handle your information. It applies to all of my apps and this website.
My apps are built to collect as little as possible. Depending on the app, that may include:
My apps are distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play, and Photostrator 3D runs on the web. Features that need an outside service, such as AI features, send only the information needed to provide that feature. These providers process data only to deliver their service.
CueReady AI uses OpenAI's API (the gpt-4o-mini model) to write answers, résumés and practice feedback. When you use these features, the question you're asked and the background details you've added are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Under OpenAI's API policies, this data isn't used to train their models. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
Ingredient Party Game (Ingredient Dictionary: The Party Game) does not collect or transmit personal data. It runs on your device with no accounts, analytics tools, or advertising trackers. Sound and music preferences and puzzle history are stored only on that device. The solo Apple Watch version also stores scores and streaks locally. These records are not sent to us or synced between devices. Optional book links and QR codes open external websites with their own privacy practices; buying a book never unlocks game content.
My apps aren't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their personal information.
You can request a copy or deletion of any personal data I hold by emailing the address below, and you can turn off analytics in your device settings where supported.
